About us
At Positive Response Communications we think differently from most safety or monitoring companies. We specialise in solutions – not simply in hardware or monitoring. We really do offer a flexible and personal service, as we’ve got the knowledge and the expertise to adapt and re-design many of our systems to address whatever challenges our clients offer us!
A personal touch We’re an innovative company with traditional values. We use the latest technology to monitor the safety of people and property in a variety of situations, 24 hours a day.

Our history Based in the historically important Campbell House on the beautiful Crichton Campus in Dumfries, the largest town in southern Scotland, we provide services across mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Our clients range from retail multiples and local authorities to independent businesses and individuals. Established in 1997, we provide a one-stop-shop for remote safety monitoring. From research and product development, to hardware supply and installation, product training and ongoing servicing and monitoring.
