We think we have the best Audio Monitoring Centre in the country, with some of the quickest response times around. Our close knit Monitoring Team are among the most highly trained operators in the UK and it shows in the service we provide to our clients.

No two hours are ever the same so our Monitoring Centre Operators have the skills and personalities to respond well to a host of different situations. Everyone on the monitoring team is highly skilled, flexible and sensitive in their approach, with exceptional technical and communication skills and a gentle manner.




Responding to you
We are here every hour of every day and night to answer calls for help, and we encourage our clients to call on us whenever they feel the need. There’s really no such thing as a false alarm. Even our response to an alert button pressed in error provides an opportunity for a reassuring contact with our client and often a friendly chat!
