Lift MonitoringOur 24 hour monitoring centre is the perfect place to link your lifts to. Listening is our speciality. We have tens of thousands of speech alarm systems linked to us from all over the UK giving us huge experience in dealing with emergency situations and in speaking to the people at the other end of the call. When a lift is stuck or if some other situation has arisen it can be hugely distressing to the people involved. At all times our operators are encouraged to respond sympathetically, being responsive to the needs of those in distress. Staying on the line to give reassurance and comfort to the people in or around the lift comes as standard. After all, we’re not your everyday type of Response Centre. Caring is an essential attribute of all our operators because we know that a calm and reassuring voice is just as important as the knowledge that the Emergency Services are on their way. Our specialist service is second to none in quality and price, and we can provide quotes for equipment and monitoring or just monitoring as a stand-alone service.
