MonitoringOur highly trained and friendly monitoring centre staff are only a button away 24 hours a day. They’re always here for you and your staff whenever you need them. Our unique two-way communication means that action is never taken unless it’s needed. We agree protocols and procedures with you in advance and all situations are verified by our monitoring centre, so you know that your staff will receive exactly the help they need. Your staff members are trained by our qualified technicians when the unit is installed, and they’re encouraged to use it whenever they feel the need. Unlike many monitoring systems we actively encourage false alarms and tests. There’s never any penalty for a false alarm, in fact we welcome them! False alarms or alerts for support and reassurance mean your staff feel confident and happy using Staffsafe, the more they’re familiar with it the more valuable the system will become at a time of crisis. So your staff should be encouraged to use Staffsafe whenever and however they need to. |
