At Positive Response we like to think our engineering team is a cut above the rest.  Personality, attitude and communication skills are just as important as their technical skills – if not more so. 

Our engineers are the ambassadors of our company.  Often they’re the main face-to-face contact our clients have with Positive Response, and so naturally we insist your experience with our engineering team should be a very positive one.

Our engineers know that your business needs to keep running with minimal disruption, they’ll always be respectful of your property and your team.  

They’re also fully trained in the particular workings of each product, many of them unique to Positive Response, and they’ll show you and your staff how to operate and test the equipment out, making sure you’re completely comfortable with using it.
