At Positive Response we like to think our engineering team is a cut above the rest. Personality and attitude are just as important as their technical skills – if not more so.

Our engineers are the ambassadors of our company. Often they’re the main face-to-face contact our clients have with Positive Response, and so naturally we insist your experience with our engineering team should be a very positive one.

Our engineers know that your home is your personal space – they’ll respect your property and will always try to minimise any disruption.

They’re also fully trained in the particular workings of each product, many of them unique to Positive Response, and they’ll show you how to install, operate and help you test the equipment out to make sure you’re completely comfortable with using it.
