People you can rely on

No two hours are ever the same in the Positive Response Monitoring Centre so our Operators have the skills and personalities to respond well to a host of different situations. Everyone on the team is highly skilled, flexible in their approach with exceptional technical and communication skills.

We think our intensive training programme is one of the best in the country. Induction and core training takes around three months and staff are encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis, with courses such as Confidence Building, Voice Coaching and 999 Training.

Most importantly everyone in our Monitoring Centre Team has the right personality to make a difference to our clients as soon as they receive a call for assistance. Common sense and a calm and understanding manner make a world of difference to our clients.
