The people who work with Positive Response all have outstanding communication skills and a kindness in their approach. We know at times of stress or difficulty that a friendly voice can make a world of difference.
To ensure we provide a consistently excellent and effective service our Monitoring Centre Operators go through an intensive 3 month training programme to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to implement a wide range of protocols.
Our engineering team also have great people skills - after all there’s more to installing a system than the practicalities! At all times our engineers are sensitive and respectful of the premises they’re entering and of the people they encounter. They also regularly provide invaluable product training on some of our innovative monitoring systems.
