Technology you can trust Our Monitoring Centre uses cutting edge call handling technology that gives exceptionally good links to our monitoring systems across the UK & Ireland. At Positive Response we specialise in Audio Monitoring and Response, and now through the use of emerging broadband technology we now offer Video link-ups which are unique to the Staffsafe range.
Our equipment is multi protocol and is able to ‘talk to’ a wide variety of alarms and monitoring systems by different manufacturers.
All the calls and alerts our Monitoring Centre receives are both electronically recorded and voice recorded, with such communications stored for twelve months, or more as required by our clients.
