As one of our Operators you could be listening to a gun being pulled on a shop assistant on one call then laughing with an elderly lady who’s had a bit too much gin and hit her panic button by mistake. No two calls are the same, but every call needs exceptional communication skills and a calm and understanding manner. Could you cope with listening to traumatic situations? Would you find it rewarding to be the person that others turn to at moments of crisis?
